The firm established its South Carolina office in 2004. The Law Office of Susan L. Brach, LLC is located in Bluffton, one of South Carolina’s fastest growing towns. Our firm provides legal services for clients in Beaufort, Jasper and Colleton counties, including nearby Hilton Head Island, as well as Savannah and neighboring communities in Georgia.

With a focus on state and federal litigation, we represent clients in South Carolina and Georgia courts, and in matters before the before the United States Supreme Court. Our practice extends to the areas of construction law, corporate law, and employment law and in family law matters.

Our firm’s clients are individuals and businesses in a wide range of industries.
